Dr. Felice Gersh is a globally recognized expert on women’s hormones, mitochondrial health, the gut microbiome, and circadian rhythm. She is the author of three bestselling books, a sought-after speaker on the faculties of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), the Cardiometabolic Health Congress, and Psychiatry Redefined, and has been named Physician of the Year by the Orange County Medical Association for sixteen years running. Dr. Gersh earned her undergraduate degree at Princeton University and her medical degree at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. She completed her OB-GYN residency at Kaiser Hospital in Los Angeles, where she received the CREOG Top Resident Award — the national honor given each year to the country’s most outstanding resident — every single year of her training. Years later, she returned to academic medicine to complete the two-year Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona under Dr. Andrew Weil, the founder of the field. Today she has come full circle: she serves as an Affiliate Faculty Member at the University of Arizona’s Fellowship in Integrative Medicine — the same program from which she graduated — lecturing to current fellows and grading the case presentations that make up their final exams.
