This Cookie use is carried out in accordance with the legislation to which Prof. Dr. Arda LEMBET is subject, primarily the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK). Prof. Dr. Arda LEMBET cannot disclose the personal data it obtains about the Relevant Person to anyone else in violation of the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Text and the provisions of the KVKK, and cannot use it for purposes other than processing.

5. Types of Cookies in Terms of Storage Period

Persistent Cookies: They are cookies that remain on a person’s computer and smart mobile device until deleted by the person or until a certain date. These Cookies are mostly used to measure users’ preferences and site movements.

Session Cookies: These Cookies are used to divide the user’s visit into sessions and do not collect data from the user. These Cookies are deleted when the user remains inactive on the Platform they visit for a certain period of time or closes the Platform. Requests regarding the use of rights of the relevant persons pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 may be sent in writing to the address on the website or to the e-mail address in electronic form or with a secure electronic signature defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 or by mobile signature or using the e-mail address previously notified to the data controller by the relevant person and registered in the data controller’s system, with the phrase “Personal Data Information Acquisition Request” in the subject section.
