Pınar Oruç Lembet, MBA, MSc

Pınar Lembet held senior roles in hospital groups, health insurance, and pharmaceutical companies, after her experience in investment banking. She is now the co-founder of LaraHealth where she leads its establishment and execution of growth strategy.

Pınar Lembet  began her career at Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), then moved to the Privatization Administration, where she worked on portfolio company valuations and sales. She later specialized in financing energy and real estate projects at TAIB Investment Bank and Fieldstone Private Capital Group in New York.

In 2005, she transitioned to the healthcare sector, where she took senior roles in various hospital chains of different sizes, such as Acıbadem Healthcare Group, Universal Hospitals Group, and Esteworld Plastic Surgery Group, overseeing functions like finance, investor relations, marketing, corporate communication, and hospital management. During this time, she led project teams responsible for shareholder stock sales, financing company acquisitions, and designing and implementing transformation business plans for acquired companies. She also worked in corporate communications at MSD Turkey.

Subsequently, Pınar Lembet became the leader of Allianz Turkey’s Health Division and joined the Allianz Global Health CEO network, contributing to the development of the company’s global strategies. Among the projects she developed during her tenure were the corporate health management program and the chronic disease management program.

Pınar Lembet is also a founding partner of ValueHealth, a healthcare consulting company serving various public and private clients as well as public-private partnership sponsors in the hospital and health insurance sectors.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Middle East Technical University, an MBA from Bilkent University, and a master’s degree in accounting, auditing, and international reporting from Bahçeşehir University.

Pınar Lembet is also a member of the TÜSİAD Health Working Group and the Hospital Manager Editorial Board.
