Aynur Ketene

Uzm. Dr. Aynur Ketene

“Health is the greatest treasure one can possess.”

With this understanding, Aynur Ketene pursued her education with a focus on the individual rather than diseases, adopting a personalized approach to treatment. Throughout her career, she advocated for integrating holistic-functional medicine with conventional medical practices in healthcare services.

Holistic medicine became significant in Aynur Ketene’s career as it provided a more comprehensive solution to the conventional medical approach, which often does not question the root causes of an individual’s health problems and diseases. Embracing this perspective and enhancing her expertise through various training programs, she attended the European Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) Association’s training in 2019 and the Functional Medicine Academy’s training between 2018 and 2020.

In 2017, she completed the GAPS Nutrition training by Russian-born British neurologist Dr. Natasha Campbell and became a GAPS Practitioner. In 2015, she earned her Ozone Therapy Therapist certification by attending training programs organized by the Ministry of Health.

Between 2000 and 2014, she worked as a Specialist in Anesthesiology and Reanimation at the Ministry of Health.

In 2000, she studied “Traditional Chinese Medicine” at Peking University in China for three months, learning Eastern Medicine and Acupuncture, which significantly contributed to her holistic approach to diseases.

Between 1995 and 1999, she worked as an Intensive Care Specialist at Özel Sevgi Hospital.

Aynur Ketene graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989 and completed her specialization in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1994.
